Equipment Conditions Monitoring

Conditions monitoring is the process of monitoring a parameter of condition in machinery mainly vibration, temperature etc. The use of condition monitoring allows maintenance to be scheduled, or other actions to be taken to prevent failure and avoid its consequences. Condition monitoring has a unique benefit in that conditions that would shorten normal lifespan can be addressed before they develop into a major failure. Condition monitoring techniques are normally used on rotating equipment and other machinery (pumps, electric motors, internal combustion engines, presses).

We are well equipped to assist our customers in conditions monitoring of their plant equipment.

Preventive Maintenance of Equipment

The primary goal of maintenance is to avoid or mitigate the consequences of failure of equipment. This may be by preventing the failure before it actually occurs which Planned Maintenance and Condition Based Maintenance help to achieve. It is designed to preserve and restore equipment reliability by replacing worn components before they actually fail. Preventive maintenance activities include partial or complete overhauls at specified periods, oil changes, lubrication, minor adjustments, and so on. In addition, workers can record equipment deterioration so they know to replace or repair worn parts before they cause system failure. The ideal preventive maintenance programme would prevent all equipment failure before it occurs

At Flow Technologies, we can provide tailored Preventive Maintenance (PM) Programmes for our customers. For more information, please contact us.

Lubrication Management of Equipment

As a trusted equipment supplier, Flow Technologies is able to provide Tailored Lubrication Management Programme (LMP) to all our customers.  LMP can be defined as the total of all the plant or facility activities performed to assist in ensuring the right lubricant is provided in the right quantity to the right point at the right time with the right method.

The benefits of a well-executed lubrication programme are related with costs savings in:

  • Downtime
  • Spare Parts
  • Manpower
  • Overtime Cost
  • Energy consumption

If you are interested of such programme, please contact us.

Laser Alignment of Equipment
